The Immediate Implant Surgery in the Esthetic Zone course is designed to enhance dentists’ knowledge and clinical skills in dental implant placement in the anterior region of the jaws.

Due to the high esthetic sensitivity of the anterior (esthetic) zone, successful outcomes require precise planning, strong scientific understanding, and advanced clinical expertise. In this course, participants will become familiar with the latest principles of case selection, surgical techniques, soft and hard tissue management, and prosthetic considerations related to immediate implant placement in the esthetic zone.

Course Prerequisites

  • Fundamental knowledge of implantology (completion of basic or general implant courses)

  • Ability to work with CBCT imaging and radiographic diagnosis

  • Experience in placing implants in non-esthetic regions (e.g., premolar or molar areas)

  • Proficiency in implant prosthodontics (abutment selection, impression techniques, occlusal considerations)

  • Ability to perform basic bone and soft tissue grafting procedures

  • Thorough understanding of bone and gingival biology

  • Familiarity with esthetic principles in dentistry (smile design, gingival line, and harmony with adjacent teeth)
