| • Ability to read technical drawings and manage executive operations |
| Duties & Responsibilities |

| • Preparation of executive material take-offs (lists) with minimal waste and precise control of bending and cutting |
| • Daily supervision of construction activities including structural works, finishing works, insulation, façade execution, electrical and mechanical operations, etc. |
| • Field inspections of executed works, quantity surveying, and control of operations during execution and after completion |
